Project Partner Consortium
The geographical focus of REPLACE is in Western, Central and South-Eastern Europe. Replacement campaigns will be implemented in nine target regions with 8.3 million inhabitants:

- BG: Rhodope Mountain Region
- DE: Bavarian Oberland
- ES: Castilla y León Region
- HR: Primorsko goranska County; City of Zagreb incl. three bordering counties
- MK: Skopje Region
- SI: Slovenia
That way REPLACE has a broad portfolio of existing heating and cooling technologies and appropriate renewable heating and cooling systems under investigation to develop tailor-made solutions for the target regions. Successful approaches can be replicated to regions with similar conditions.
