Трета среща на партньорите в REPLACE – благодарност към консултативния съвет

Третата среща на консорциума по REPLACE се проведе на 9 и 10 декември 2020 г. Партньорите отново се събраха онлайн, вместо в Загреб, както бе планирано, но това не им попречи да представят и обсъдят нашироко инструментите и материалите, които предстои да бъдат завършени и предоставени на заинтересованите страни през 2021 г. Това са калкулаторът за смяна на отоплителната система, практически ръководства за потребители, инсталатори и инвеститори, както и добри примери от практиката в 9-те участващи държави.

Матрици на отоплението препоръчват технологии за отопление, оползотворяващи ВИ, за различните като тип и качество сгради (Доклад 4.1)

Матриците на отоплението, описани в Доклад D4.1, дават първоначална информация за това кои системи за отопление, базирани на възобновяема енергия или централно топлоснабдяване са най-подходящи за дадена сграда. Матриците са адаптирани към спецификите на конкретния регион по отношение на структурните и екологичните условия, строителни стандарти и икономическа жизнеспособност.

Нагласи и нужди на заинтересованите страни в пилотните региони (Доклад 3.1)

Какво е отношението на крайните потребители, инсталаторите и инвеститорите към отоплението и охлаждането от ВИ? Какви източници за информация използват? С какви пречки, проблеми и нужди свързват замяната на неефективните системи с екологосъобразни системи за отопление? Във всички участващи държави бяха проведени множество интервюта. Впоследствие бе съставен Доклад D3.1, който обобщава наученото по отношение нагласите и нуждите на заинтересованите страни, и дава основата на кампаниите на REPLACE.

3ª reunión del consorcio REPLACE – agradeciendo al Consejo Asesor

La tercera reunión del consorcio REPLACE se celebró los días 9 y 10 de diciembre de 2020. Planificada originalmente en Zagreb (Croacia), el consorcio finalmente se reunió de nuevo online por las restricciones de movimiento, presentando y debatiendo los resultados de REPLACE cuya versión final se publicará en 2021, como la Calculadora del Sistema de Calefacción, manuales prácticos para consumidores, intermediarios e inversores, así como ejemplos de buenas prácticas de renovación de sistemas en 9 países europeos.

Informe D4.1: Las matrices de calefacción muestran las tecnologías de calefacción renovables recomendadas para edificaciones de diferentes tipos y características

El informe elaborado por el proyecto con las matrices de calefacción ofrece una visión general inicial de qué sistema de calefacción basado en renovables (no fósiles) o en calefacción urbana (district heating) es el más adecuado para un edificio. Las matrices están adaptadas regionalmente en lo referente a las condiciones estructurales y ambientales, las normas de construcción y la viabilidad económica.

Inventarios de las mentalidades y necesidades de consumidores y agentes clave en las regiones objetivo

¿Cómo perciben los consumidores finales, los intermediarios y los inversores la calefacción y la refrigeración renovables? ¿Qué fuentes de información utilizan? ¿Y qué obstáculos, desafíos y necesidades consideran en relación con la sustitución de los sistemas ineficientes por otros sostenibles? Se han realizado numerosas entrevistas en todas las regiones asociadas. El informe sobre mentalidades e intereses (D3.1) ofrece una visión de las mentalidades y necesidades de los principales agentes y constituye una base para las campañas REPLACE.

Wärmegipfel im Oberland – Impulse für Handwerk, Politik und Verbände

Im Oberland werden 44 Prozent der Energie für den Bereich Wärme verbraucht – neben Strom (25 Prozent) und Verkehr (31 Prozent) der bei Weitem größte Anteil. Und nur ein kleiner Teil davon, nämlich 10 Prozent, kommen aus erneuerbaren Energien. Beim Online-Wärmegipfel am 29.1.2021 ging es darum, welche Herausforderungen es auf dem Weg zu klimafreundlichem Heizen im Oberland gibt, wie Experten und Expertinnen (aus Heizungsbau, Kaminkehrer, Forst und Verbraucherzentrale) das Thema sowie effektive Hebel zur Verbesserung sehen, und mit welchen Aktivitäten Energiewende Oberland die Wärmewende in den nächsten zwei Jahren vorwärtsbringen will. Mit über 100 Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern aus dem Oberland und darüber hinaus stieß der Wärmegipfel auf große Resonanz.

Heating summit in the Oberland region – impulses for the craft sector, politics and associations

In the Oberland region, 44 percent of energy are used for the heat sector – by far the largest share, along with electricity (25 percent) and transport (31 percent). And only a small part of this, namely 10 percent, comes from renewable energies. At the online-heat summit on 29.1.2021, the focus was on the challenges on the way to climate-friendly heating in the Oberland, how experts (representatives from heating engineering, chimney sweepers, forestry, and the consumer advice center) see the topic as well as effective levers for improvement, and with which activities Energiewende Oberland wants to advance the heat transition in the next two years. With over 100 participants from the Oberland and beyond, the heating summit met with a great response.
