Capacity building for investors and intermediaries – REPLACE training seminars

Why should intermediaries and investors chose and promote renewable heating and cooling (RHC) systems? What is the strategic and legal framework of replacements? What technologies are available on the market? And what are the basic rules that need to be observed when planning (R)HC projects?

REPLACE conducts training seminars for intermediaries and investors in order to strengthen their capacities and transfer knowledge from experienced professionals to less experienced professionals. The direct involvement and commitment of intermediaries and investors is key to achieve large-scale climate-friendly replacements.

The new brochure Advancing District Heating & Cooling Solutions and Uptake in European Cities is featuring EU funded projects thatlead the way towards sustainable solutions at local level in cities and communities all over the European Union.

The brochure, published by the Celsius Initiative, displays EU supported activities including lighthouse projects, aspects of district heating and cooling like low temperature, renewables, waste heat, heat pumps, digitalisation, planning studies and tools as well as support activities and tenders. In order to make the developed solutions replicable, the brochure presents all relevant information of the projects shown. One of these projects is REPLACE.

The Celsius Initiative is a demand driven collaboration hub for efficient, integrated district heating and cooling solutions supporting cities in their energy transition to carbon-neutral systems.
